How to Measure
Measuring for your Furrion Lumina solar-powered retractable awning is simple and straightforward. First, measure the height of your wall to ensure a minimum mounting height of 7′ 6″, with an optimal height of 9′. Next, measure the width of the space where you plan to install the awning to determine the correct size. Ensure you have at least 9″ of unobstructed height for the length of your mounting location. Decide on the best location for the solar panel, keeping in mind it needs optimal sun exposure. The panel measures 24″ L x 3.5″ W x 1.6″ H and can be positioned up to 8′ from the motor.
